SM-400-TA cutting table
SM-100-CA linear sewing machine
The installed solution combines our SM-400-TA cutting machine and our SM-100-CA linear sewing machine, creating a highly efficient workflow for the production of fire-resistant curtains.
The cutting system is equipped with an automatic grip-and-pull fabric spreading device, end-of-roll detection sensor, specific cutting tools defined on the customer applications, and customized software that enables operators to program complex cutting directly from the HMI.
Complementing the cutting process, the SM-100-CA linear sewing machine automates repetitive sewing operations with high precision and consistency, ensuring reliable seam quality while reducing manual operations.
Together, the two systems provide a solution that improves productivity, process repeatability, planning efficiency, while supporting both standard and highly customized manufacturing requirements.
