L\u2019obiettivo finale era <strong>automatizzare il processo produttivo per creare un prodotto di alta qualit\u00e0<\/strong>, con dimensioni variabili, in meno di due minuti.<\/p><p>Il prodotto finito doveva essere resistente, quindi le saldature dovevano essere solide e visivamente gradevoli. Per questo cliente, la componente estetica del prodotto era importante tanto quanto la sua durata. I bordi del tessuto dovevano essere tagliati in modo netto, e il taglio doveva essere rifinito a caldo. La tasca inferiore con keder sarebbe stata visibile nel prodotto finito e, pertanto, doveva avere un\u2019elevata qualit\u00e0. La tolleranza sugli angoli diagonali del prodotto finito doveva essere inferiore a 2 mm. Infine, una macchina automatica a ultrasuoni<strong> taglia trasversalmente e riavvolge i prodotti realizzati su un tubo<\/strong> in alluminio.<\/p><p><strong>La nuova macchina produce una tenda<\/strong> a rullo perfettamente tagliata e saldata, riavvolta e pronta per l\u2019inserimento nella scatola, <strong>in meno di 90 secondi.<\/strong><\/p><p>L\u2019interfaccia software \u00e8 in grado di comunicare tra il software di produzione della macchina e il sistema di gestione ordini del cliente, ottenendo cos\u00ec l\u2019automazione completa del sistema di gestione degli ordini e della movimentazione dei carichi.<\/p><p>Una serie di utensili progettati con ingegno garantisce saldature perfettamente piatte e dritte. La potente lama rotativa elettrica motorizzata taglia il profilo e la tasca con velocit\u00e0 e grande precisione, mentre la lama a ultrasuoni realizza tagli laterali perfettamente
