I pannelli dovevano essere perfettamente squadrati e, soprattutto, i tagli dovevano avere un <strong>doppio bordo sigillato<\/strong>: il primo ottenuto tramite una ruota calda che scorre sul tessuto durante il trascinamento, il secondo tramite una lama a ultrasuoni. I rotoli vengono alimentati nella macchina tramite un sistema di rulli motorizzati che controllano il tessuto, mantenendo la tensione ideale durante il taglio. Un sistema di bloccaggio sul retro della macchina riavvolge la barra in alluminio e il pannello Screen tagliato a misura.<\/p><p>Per garantire il taglio con doppio bordo sigillato, <strong>abbiamo sviluppato uno strumento combinato a caldo e ultrasuon<\/strong>i. L\u2019aria calda riscalda una ruota che scorre sul tessuto prima del taglio, creando una traccia pre-saldata (larga 3 mm) sul materiale Screen. Successivamente, un potente taglierino a ultrasuoni taglia il tessuto in modo perfettamente lineare e lungo la parte centrale della traccia creata dalla ruota calda, sigillando nuovamente il taglio. Il risultato \u00e8 un bordo del tessuto perfettamente tagliato.<\/p><p><strong>Bordi perfettamente saldati, massima
