La amplia gama de herramientas instalables ha permitido procesar los diferentes tipos de material utilizados <\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, Cutting Edge Automation Machines <strong>ha desarrollado una herramienta, el Spike<\/strong>, cuyo uso permite mejorar el rendimiento del producto en la fase de curado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element los defectos internos<\/strong>, la fibra de carbono puede ser perforada antes del ciclo en autoclave.<\/p><p>Para ello, hemos desarrollado una nueva herramienta, el <strong>Spike<\/strong>, que o<strong>ptimiza el proceso de microperforaci\u00f3n de las l\u00e1minas de carbono<\/strong> antes de proceder al corte.<\/p><p>Estas microperforaciones permiten la salida del aire que podr\u00eda haberse quedado atrapado entre las capas de la laminaci\u00f3n, hacia el exterior, evitando la formaci\u00f3n de porosidades internas (burbujas de aire) y delaminaciones.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Ayuda <\/strong>al <strong>flujo de la resina<\/strong><\/li><li>Facilita la <strong>distribuci\u00f3n uniforme de la presi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li><li>Mejora el <strong>contacto entre las capas del
