The machine had to create sheets of infinite lengths with overlaps and left and right pockets with rope insertion. <\/p><p>Fabric came from <strong>2 extremely heavy bobbins with width up to 2,9 m<\/strong>. Off-cut material needed to be rewound so that it could be used again on the same machine. The customer also requested to develop a rewinder for the extremely heavy finished products, a job made even more challenging by the rope insertions on either side of the sheets.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b1afb25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7b1afb25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">THE PROCESS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-762cdf7d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"762cdf7d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We built a <strong>heavy duty unwinding and welding station<\/strong>. The core of the machine was the <strong>heat-resistant vacuumed conveyor belt<\/strong> that keeps the fabric under continuous control during the welding cycles. The polyethylene sheets are pulled also by <strong>2 motorized unwinding systems with digital fabric tension control and edge control<\/strong>: automatic and continuous monitoring and correction of the position of the fabric during the feeding with a precision of millimeters.  <\/p><p>A range of specifically designed <strong>heavy duty hot air welding heads<\/strong> allow for the creation of <strong>extremely strong seams<\/strong>. The finished product, extremely long sheets with left and right pockets with rope, were then rewound into heavy but manageable bobbins by a specifically designed, <strong>heavy duty rewinding
